Ken Greenberg has been retained by Kingsett Capital to work with Quadrangle Architects as planning and urban design advisor on a proposal for a mixed-use development at Yonge and Gerrard Streets in downtown Toronto. This prominent site on Toronto's "Main Street" provides opportunties for improvement to the public realm in this rapidly changing area including Yonge Street itslef, O'Keefe Lane as well as the potential for joint use with Ryerson University.
