Prudhommes Landing Twenty Valley

Ken Greenberg is working with the Planning Partnership and the MMM Group/WSPon a for the Niagara Region and the Municipality of Lincoln on a Secondary Plan for the 51 hectare Prudhomme’s Landing site and adjacent property on the shore of Lake Ontario at the head of the Twenty Valley. This site offers the potential to provide a unique mixed-use waterfront neighbourhood with 3 km of continuous public waterfront access as well as serving as an anchor making the Twenty Valley one of the great destinations within the Niagara Region overcoming the barrier of the Queen Elizabeth Way highway and linking to a set of significant existing destinations and trail connections.
