Ken Greenberg was retained in 2006 to provide Urban Design leadership In association with GHK International (Canada) and Young + Wright Architects as part of team led by CBCL Limited of Halifax for the preparation of a comprehensive Public Lands Plan for the development and improvement of the municipally and provincially owned land and facilities within the area of the historic Grand Parade and Province House in Halifax, the provincial seat of government for the Province of Nova Scotia.
