Ken Greenberg has been engaged as urban design and strategic advisor by Hines Canada on a proposed infill development site on Lower Bathurst Street north of Wellington working with 3XN Architects. The program for this mixed-use development combines grade level retail with 2 floors of office space and rental housing. It plays a critical role in completing the renewal of this stretch of Bathurst Street in an area which is experiencing significant redevelopment with increases in both residents and jobs. The building incorporates an interior courtyard, stepped roof terraces and a strong orientation to animated sidewalk level retail.
