The Art Gallery of Ontario in collaboration with the community and institutions surrounding Grange Park and the City of Toronto has initiated a project for the improvement of historic Grange Park to follow the major initiative with Architect Frank Gehry to expand and transform the Art Gallery itself. GPAC (the Grange Park Advisory Committee) has been established to provide an oversight structure for both the improvement of the park and its long term maintenance. Ken Greenberg has been asked to serve as professional resource to the AGO and GPAC which "will advise on a restoration and revitalization plan for Grange Park that will be green, strikingly beautiful, resilient, sustainable, accessible, interactive as well as providing a place for contemplation while welcoming all neighbours, residents and visitors to our community by utilizing design excellence, state of the art conservation techniques and outstanding works of art."
