Centennial College is a diverse and inclusive institution that is growing rapidly And appealing to numerous communities across Toronto. Currently accommodated in four major campuses, the College is spread across the greater Toronto Area in primarily suburban locations. Actual footprints on Centennial's campuses are relatively low, creating opportunities for strategic intensification and restructuring. Each campus has its unique identity and urban context, creating opportunities for integration with neighbouring communities. All four campuses stand to benefit from significant investment in new and improved transit. Future development surrounding transit hubs adjoining the campuses will allow for the college to leverage private sector investment and integrate its diverse international student body with surrounding communities while reducing reliance on auto access. Ken Greenberg worked with KPMB Architects to prepare the College Master Plan and explore opportunities for its implementation.
