Ken Greenberg is serving as a strategic advisor to the Avenue Bay Cottingham Residents Association on Planning and Urban Design issues arising from significant development applications in the area. This involves interation with communty members, developers and their design sonsultants. A pariticular focus is placed on the opportunities for using the momentum of development to augment and enhance the public realm in this rapidly intensifying neighbourhood while protecting its intrinsec qualities.
